Can I upgrade to Multi-Op later on?
Yes. You can easily manage your Lumify subscription and swap between plans at any time. If you change your plan in the middle of a billing cycle, your monthly cost will be prorated appropriately.
How often do you release new features?
We have a monthly release schedule. We send a "new release" email on a monthly basis which includes a list of all new features and updates. Interested in being on the bleeding edge? We also offer a beta program that allows you to test out our latest features before anyone else!
Can I migrate my data from another provider?
Yes. We have a self-service data import feature that allows you to import your events from DJ Event Planner and DJ Intelligence. If you're interested in migrating over data from another software, drop us a line and we can help you out!
What support options do you offer?
We offer several options for support. Our Multi-Op subscribers receive personalized 1:1 support and our Solo subscribers can watch our YouTube tutorials, ask our community, or read our knowledgebase articles.
What about data security?
Rest assured your data is protected by industry leading practices. All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS. In addition, sensitive data (like API keys and certain personal information are encrypted at rest). Customer and business data is backed up regularly and stored separately from the source data.
