Task Workflows
Task Workflows are one part filing cabinet, another part checklist, and another part digital assistant! Here’s some key features:
- Trigger automations to run directly from the event page
- Send emails (using templates or write your own) directly from the event page*
- You can build an unlimited number of custom task workflows with pre-defined tasks for every type of event you do
- Automatically calculate task due dates using rules you define in the task workflow builder
- Tasks can be automatically assigned to specific team members
- Manage all your tasks (and your staff’s tasks) using the new “Tasks” menu option in the back office
- Smart automations built into the workflow will automatically progress the event status to the next stage once all tasks are completed
- Using event defaults, the workflows can be automatically assigned to your events.
Other notable features:
- Added “Agency” and “Other” to default contact types
- Resolved a UI bug that caused custom logo to be cleared inadvertently when updating appearance settings
- Optimized query conditions on dashboard cards and automations
- Added persistent hint to rating fields on planning form
- Allow note fields to use columns on planning forms
- Several other minor optimizations and improvements
