Automation Suite
Lumify now has an Automation Suite that allows you to define custom automated workflows! Here’s some examples of possible workflows:
- Send planning forms to a client
- Remind clients about overdue invoices or deposits
- Make an event read-only right before an event
- Email clients after their event and ask for an evaluation
- Clean up old events that were not booked
- Email photographers or other vendors with thank you/referral requests

Collaborative Planning Forms
In addition to custom HTML widgets, Lumify now has customizable Planning and Evaluation Forms integrated with the client portal! The forms can be fully customized and tailored to your business. The forms are also fully collaborative and allow you to collaborate with your clients. Lumify comes with 3 boilerplate templates that you can customize:
- Wedding Planning Form
- General Event Planning Form
- Evaluation Form
The Evaluation Form has a star rating functionality too!
Crate Hackers Integration
You can now integrate directly with Crate Hackers to seamlessly export Lumify song requests to your favorite DJ software (Serato, Virtual DJ, rekordbox, etc). Learn how to configure this integration.
