Ton of new features this month. Here’s some of the new features that we’re super excited about:
Localization
You can now choose localization options from your Lumify settings. This includes language, region, currency, and timezone. Over the coming few months these settings will be integrated further into Lumify.
Client Portal Widget
There’s a new client portal widget you can embed in your website. This allows clients to access Lumify from your website to maintain a seamless branding experience. You can obviously also customize this widget to your brand.
Day of Event Worksheet
You’ll now have an option to download a Day of Event Worksheet, which is a single document with all your event planning details included. This new document template includes basic event information, details about the package and addons, and any related events.
It also includes a listing of all relevant contacts, with their email and phone numbers.
It also includes an event timeline and all of your client’s song requests.
Notified Staff for Contact Form Widget
We added a new feature that allows you to limit contact form notifications to be sent only to specific staff. By default, it will pre-populate with the form creator’s name. But you can clear the names from the input to have notifications sent to all staff.
Send Quotes to Clients
There’s a new option to send a quote — really a “draft” invoice — to your clients. You’ll find the new option under the “More Actions” menu within the Invoice Generator. This will send an email notification to the recipient of the Invoice, but will not add the invoice to the Client Portal.
