Here’s some of the new features released this month:
Guest Song Requests
This new feature allows you to generate a song request link to share with clients. Or your clients can generate their own links to share with family and friends. These links can be generated for each playlist.
Custom Reporting
You can now build custom reports across all your Lumify features. These reports can be one-off reports, or they can be scheduled on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. The reports can have aggregates, which are summaries of your data. They can also have conditions, which allow you to filter critical data. Ultimately, these reports are intended to enable you to quickly make data-driven decisions about your business.
Expenses
You can now track expenses within Lumify. Expenses can also be related to events to track finances per event. As part of this new feature, you’ll notice a new section in your Events pages, which shows you an overview of your event finances. Expenses are categorized into “operational,” “capital,” and “travel” expenses.
Song Request Details
In addition to artists and year, you can now see energy level and BPM on song requests within Day of Event Worksheets. These details allow you to better organize your set lists before events.
